This is the day we celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.. Please plan to participate in the day when we focus on reconciliation and our love and acceptance of each other, no matter our racial heritage. We are thankful for the contribution of Dr. King to social justice for all people in our country and how he led peaceful, non-violent protests of the racial injustice done especially to African American in America. Because he was willing to sacrifice his life, racism is seen for the vile attitude it is.
